Account Deletion

Delete in the app (recommended)

Settings→Account→Delete account

After confirming your password (or verifying your account), the account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

• Account information (email, nickname)
• All letters you have exchanged
• Time capsules
• Usage records such as commemorative stamps

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Retention required by law

Records that must be retained by law, such as e-commerce payment records, are stored separately for the periods in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy and then destroyed.

If you can't use the app

Send a deletion request to huurray@gmail.com with the email address you signed up with. We will process it without delay after verifying your identity.
